Doesn't to me. SOund more like process and the agenda were not
followed. As a result many wasted their precious time preparing
for a presentation which Danny lobbied here for and were unable
or not allowed to present them.

Let us also be sure that a good and fair process in followed and in place
that can allow for good subtantive issues can be heard, addressed and
