[ga] Motion to strike WIPO's Francis Gury - Karl and Andy are making headway!

All assembly members,

  It seems that WIPO is on it's way to be gone from imposing
policy over the internet and especially the DNS.  Karl and
Andy At-Large elected ICANN BoD members lead the
way and are making a difference.  Other less leadership
minded ICANN BOD members abstain in the vote.
