Since it is all just a Proof-of-Concept test, does it matter ?
RFC-2001-07-01-000 IPv8 Expansion of Proof of Concept TLD Development
http://www1.ietf.org/mail-archive/ietf/Current/msg12574.html
The .BIZ Community will move forward.
IPv4 users will have to find out the
hard way what they have. I can not
imagine that the IPv6 Next Generation
Internet .BIZ Registry will allow
people to register their .BIZ names,
unless they can show they are fully
registered on the IPv4 networks.
