The really absurd thing about this is that it is a complete non-sequitor.
New.net conducts all of their business electronically, so by the
definition in the first paragraph they would be exactly the sort of
business that the revised constituency would encompass if not for the
second paragraph.
More bad actors playing their parts. Good work guys.
