Didn't we have this discussion in August? There is no rule "members cannot
use BP unless it's adopted by consensus". This project involves the
community in determining the procedures it will need to use in order to
build consensus on an issue by issue basis. There is no leap of faith
involved to adopt anything, we'd like to *just use them* when the
opportunity presents itself. We suggest you treat this a practical test for
a new set of tools, rather than an intellectual excercise.
