Partick and all assembly members,

  It seems that this is being done very much out of site of the
GA members until today.  Thank you Patrick for bringing this
to the GA members attention.

  It would seem that Joanna and Marylyn Cade are collaborating
in private or at least out ot the public view pretty much to
"Appoint" Joanna to be the suggested representative.  This of course
would never be accepted if done in this manner but the GA members
and would require for legitimacy, the vote or the GA members before
it would be accepted, as well as other potential candidates for the
GA members to consider.
