Roeland,
how do you suppose that ICANN could have any over-site with Excite @ home?
ICANN has no contract with Excite @ home and ICANN has nothing in their
charter about stability of organizations it has no contracts with.
Postings such as these don't help folks participate in the GA, you are
detracting focus from real issues and I encourage you to stay on topic, at
least to those we have that are within the purview of the GA.
