  Your question is likely one that we will not get a direct answer
to.  However ins asking it you seem to be suggesting a particular
process future for .TV.  This may be true.  However you can be
assured that wherever or whomever this .TV saga is reassigned to
the fact that Verisign parted with some significant amount of
CASH in the buy out, it will be where ever Versign wishes
and that they shall maintain a majority position in the control
of .TV...
