[ga] European domain name registries are refusing to pay fees to the ICANN
From the very interesting article @
http://news.com.com/2100-1023-817911.html :
"We don't know what (ICANN) is there for," said Nominet
Managing Director William Black <snip>
Hmm. Is there really any question?
ICANN have been most assiduous in paying attention to
matters of internet policy and IPC concerns to date, if
nothing else. I wonder whatever happened to the technical
coordination agenda that ICANN was purportedly established
to conduct?
