00-55538 (9th Cir. February 01, 2002)
Defendant's use of "Playboy" and "Playmate of the Year" on her
personal website's headlines, banner ads and metatags was correctly
determined to be nominative use of plaintiff's marks, primarily
because defendant was in fact a former playmate of the year.
