2 more complaints have just been filed against VeriSign (formerly Network Solutions) for effectively locking domains by failing to display whois data making authorization impossible. They were notified on January 25, 2002 of the problem but they won’t fix it.

These transfer issues are nowhere near being resolved. Any proposal for VeriSign to start ANY new program should be placed on hold until the registrar transfer issues are resolved.
