[ga] VeriSign engaging in Trademark fraud to obtain domains

VeriSign (formerly Network Solutions) has obtained both "cctld.info" and
"cctlds.inf"  [1 Global Place is owned by VeriSign (formerly Network
Solutions)] during the Sunrise Period using the trademark name "Example
Trademark" with trademark number "4567123" obtained on 9/3/2000.  

All VeriSign proposals should be placed on hold while this fraud is
investigated.
