Indeed Thomas is quite right here. The conclusions do not follow
the thinking very well and some of what Stuart is suggesting is
ONE direction that could be taken with much different conclusions
however. Again though, the hard fought requirements of the White
Paper and the MoU which now Stuart, Joe, and Louis have been
hinting around for some time now in the Structure TF and now
seemingly culminated in this recent set of of events and announcements,
are now still the best tack by which to continue to go with some
obviously needed changes. The biggest one of a At-Large and
a GA that is funded, and elects 51% or the BoD and 51% or
the NC in the case of the GA.
