If you cannot reach the at large study website, but get a parking page
from registrars.com, this is because DNS is messed up. If you must see the
website, your only option is (as far as I can see) to use

209.126.146.3

as nameserver in your /etc/resolv.conf or the corresponding Windows(TM)
setting in network/dial up.

There is no need to tell that you can still see it. I can too, on one
machine, which runs named and apparently cached the 'correct' IP. This
will expire, however.
