Kent, I agree with Per Koelle-
Again, I speak of ccTLDs, not gTLDs, ICANN-approved registrars, and
other "by contract" situations.
There are only about 244 ccTLDs possible, according to iso3166, and we
know that many of those are not operational.

Dear Kent,
This is rubbish (and you af all should know),
As far as TLD's is concerned, ICANN/IANA is (only) managing a database
with
+250 entries !!!!
I (for one) run a similar thing with +370.000 entries for around USD 3
mil.!
