An Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN) meeting held in
Accra, Ghana, Tuesday was bogged down in debate over a fiery proposal recently
put forth by the group's president, calling for a complete overhaul of the
organization, a Center for Democracy and Technology (CDT) representative
reported.
