Let me fully support J Scott's comments.  I would also be happy to provide
my input as I was one of the gTLD representatives on the call.  In addition,
from the GA, Thomas was able to attend at least part of the meeting before
he had to get on a train.  I am sure he would also help explain what went
on.

I believe notes were indeed taken.  Please be assured that nothing nefarious
took place.  If either of you would like to know what took place, I would
suggest you contact the NC Chair or the NC Secretariat and request a copy of
the minutes rather than posting public comments insinuating a conspiracy for
which you simply have no proof.  In the alternative, you are welcome to
phone me and I will do my best to relay my recollection of today's call.
