As most of your contributions, this too is less than honest.
The facts are that the USG DOC's NTIA did in fact have a rather
lengthy and open public comment process on this issue, and it was
widely publicized, including on this very list.
As for the issue of speculation, you assume that removing speculators
from the market is a good thing. I say that any such restriction
would be an unfair restraint of trade.
