RE: [ga] Motion asking for GA poll on rebid of ICANN contract

I sense that a vote of the Assembly does not need further debate since the
issue is a simple one and self-explanatory, only the wording of the Motion
needs to be agreed. If James could post a clean copy of his proposed wording
to this list, we can discuss possible amendments, if any, then move forward
to request the Chair recognize the Motion and request a formal ballot be
conducted by the DNSO Secretariat.
