Hello,

Might it be more appropriate, if one wants to call a vote on something,
to vote on the Stuart Lynn plan formally? It's taken for granted that
folks are opposed to it, but that might be a better starting point, if
a vote hasn't already been taken (maybe I missed it in the blizzard of
messages on the list of late). It seems that opposition to that Lynn
plan is the impetus for the current motion, so it might strengthen the
debate and consensus to deal with it first.
