[ga] A vote for rebid makes sense

What is the harm if the DoC actually calls for a rebid (as the term has
been coined but is wrong)

Now that we are not "under the radar" it would seem that the best bidder
would win.

ICANN could be that bidder, but not if they adopt the Lynn spew.

It is time to fish or cut bait, ---- or get off the pot.

I think the people working in the GA and in th atlarge.com could make it
work.

hmm. A lot to think about.
