William, you can say whatever you like on the list. You can repost private
messages, messages from other lists, stuff from press interviews, I don't
care. I have no idea what you think your point is. Is there any doubt that
but we want the DoC to recompete the ICANN contracts, or that we think it
would be useful for the GA to also back this? Is there a "PR value" in a
statement from the GA? I would hope so. That would mean that people
actually care what the GA says. How could this not be clear, both on and
off list? And how would it be a bad thing if a GA statement was actually
noticed by people?
