Jeff,
You're not being asked to vote openly on the motion, you're being asked
whether or not you want the motion to be put to the whole assembly for a
secret ballot in due course....Subtle difference, but I'll take it that you
support the Motion proceeding to a Vote unless you indicate otherwise...:-)
