Marilyn and all,
We agree here Marilyn, in theory anyway. The problem is that the
TYPE of escrow that was determined some time ago now is
terribly inadequate and unsecured. Therefor it does not lend itself
to stability. As such, it cannot meet the stability doctrine of the
White Paper adequately, or for that matter at all...
