So what happens after May 17?  The DNSO Secretariat disappears into that

Cloud in the Sky?  DNSO disappears (we should only hope so!). What's wrong
with 
June 13? October 3rd?  Etc.? Better to have a vote delayed than a vote that
will be
meaningless -- rendered so in part, by the way, by last minute entries such
as yours that
in fact did NOT get enough exposure to be discussed significantly, and such
a flurry of
"amendments" that will present no little difficulty to track, if anyone bothers
to do so. What 
you're saying is that the date range was selected arbitrarily by the DNSO
and those inclined 
to follow its dictates.
