Depends. If somebody likes to hides his true identity, assuming another
one, that is quite different from purporting to be another existing
person. So what are we talking about? Are we not free to moniker
ourselves? Identity on the Net is a tricky business, not like mathematics.

I do not see, how you could do that. You can block an email address, I
assume, but no more.

Even criminals are allowed to receive snailmail. So why? And isn't the
list archived anyway?
