[ga] ISC proposal by Kent Crispin
I second that proposal by Kent and I ask the Chair to open a debate towards
a vote.
I ask Chuck, Jeff Neuman, Peter de Blanc if they would donate 1 cent per DN
per annum to fund the ISC.
