  Well actually your quite right.  But I was referencing Alexander's URL
reference.  The one above you provided is more accurate as to the
actual dated aspect of this information and was provided by Ant Brooks
 (ant@hivemind.net) Namespace ZA:  http://www.namespace.org.za.

  Exactly right.  And hence in that WIPO is whom
administers the UDRP shows that my/our comments
and review were essentially correct in that ICANN
did not adequately deal adequately with many of the
ccTLD's, although some of them like .ZA are even
wishing to be more restrictive in some areas with
IP issues for instance than other ccTLD's are.
This situation along with other ccTLD's situations
of similar scope why ICANN's central management
approach for all DNS related issues and interaction
are not a one size fits all, and are not likely to
be in the near term of even the long term...
