Re: [ga] Juliano vs. Lane
William,
As you are one of the very few remaining members of what was once the
Individual Domain Name Owner's Constituency (IDNO), perhaps you believe that
you have a greater claim to represent registrants than does Ms. Lane... I am
certainly willing to debate the issue of whom might be a better advocate, but
neither of you will ever be able to participate on the closed exclusionary
transfers task force.
Registrants are an affected party with regard to the issue of transfers, yet
they can't have a representative on the task force. Is this right or wrong?
There are commercial interests that could be affected by a decision on WLS,
yet these affected parties have no representatives on the closed task force.
Is this right or wrong?
Meanwhile, how prolific are our own "reps" in terms of making contributions
to the list? Has Dan Steinberg posted more than one single comment to the
transfers TF list in the last six months? How does this facilitate the goal
of providing the Board with a comprehensive review of the issue of deletes?
