Danny and all assembly members,

  A very good questions as far as it goes that is.  As you surely recall
Eric and I were the only two that originally volunteered to replace
yourself on the TR TF....  None the less your point and concern is
well taken.  Can we all say, "Stacking the Deck, Again!
