let not forget another little issue. lets say one wanted to retire a
domain. well could on really do that? so far retired domains end up as
porn redirect sites - or speculation - or whatever. but what if someo is
malicous and decide to use a domain to gather information.
example - a company goes bankrupt. and as a result they lose their
domain. well someone can reactivate it and grap email communication -
which maybe of a private nature - subscriptions to lists etc.
a consideration ...
