Four or five + the face-to-face meetings plus countless inter-member
conversations about the various issues.

Tasks usually expand to occupy the allotted time.

Part of the length of time that it is/has taken to produce the survey lies
with us trying to learn from the mistakes made with the Whois survey. Thomas
has really helped us refine the methodology and questions in order to ensure
that we don't get into the GIGO situation that the Whois TF was/is faced
with.

I can only speak as an individual member, but I expected both months ago. It
has been very difficult moving the process forward based on the varying
degrees of participation of the TF members.
