Elisabeth,  the other day you wrote:  ICANN's Bylaws consider ccTLDs as one 
of the seven partners of the DNSO, which relates to the gTLD space.

Is my understanding correct that the ccTLDs (through non-payment of dues) 
have already forfeited their voting rights within the DNSO?  When do the 
ccTLDs officially intend to depart the DNSO?  

Hopefully, we'll continue to have the benefit of your commentary on the GA 
list...
