I'll enthusiastically second that.
Among the most useful people in DNS matters are the
techies with a social conscience and lawyers with a
technical clue. Both are in exceedingly short supply,
and we desparately need them. There are many reasons
for this, but perhaps the most important is that they
can effectvely counter the manifold idiocies of
other techies and lawyers.
Geist is a law professor with a good understanding
of technical issues.
