As one of the folks leading the registrars discussion on WLS your request
for information is late, If you had been following the discussion then you
would not have posted this note.

I only wonder your intention for this inquiry, you are a smart guy which
is another reason for me to question your intent here.

We have tried to discuss WLS issues with staff, board and you; why now
do you make a motion for outreach as it seemed to me that your mind and
counsel on this topic was made up a long time ago.

so why the post joe?
