It has nothing to do with what the ICANN Board thinks of the opinion,
Jamie, and you damn well know it.
It's about subjects being GERMANE to the GA's tasks and missions, the
GA is not some open association, it is an assembly with a specific
purpose.
I know that limits the ability of leaders of lobbyist organizations
like you to abuse their influence to try and get results that back up
their outside efforts, but it's a simple fact.
