It was a pre-determined outcome, Eric.  They decided in their secret 
meeting the other day to approve it.  The rest of the discussion was a 
sham.  The time for an outcry was long ago when the public was totally 
unaware.  It's a done deal now.  Score - ICANN 100, dotcommers 0.
