I don't, but why not send a a copy of the threat along with WHOIS
information for the domain to registrar complaint central at
http://www.internic.net/cgi/registrars/problem-report.cgi

It's obvious that ICANN giveth accreditation but doesn't taketh away when
policies are breached by registrars or their  resellers.  If everyone
pummeled the corporation upon receipt of bogus registration letters, ICANN
might be forced to put some ethical muscle behind its registrar
accreditation/de-accreditation process.
