With all due respect, the GA has a rule:  "The messages must observe a 
minimum of decorum, including:
  - Not indulging in personal attacks, insults or slander"

Your latest post is quite clearly a personal attack against an ICANN Board 
director wherein insults have been conveyed.  Unless an apology to this 
Assembly is forthcoming, I will be requesting that the list monitors initiate 
proceedings to suspend your posting rights.
