[ga] Names Council teleconference

Just some brief lines about today's teleconference:

-- There are updated PowerPoint slides from the Transfer
   TF regarding the WLS recommendations available at
   http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc10/msg00306.html
   Some NC members expressed their dissatisfaction with the 
   TF scope and process. There will be a time period for 
   public comment on these recommendations before the final 
   recommendations are brought before the Names Council. 
   Not all TF members have yed voted on the draft
   recommendations.
-- The Names Council decided in a vote that the NCDNHC will 
   not lose its Names Council voting rights, although it
   has not fully paid its 2001 contributions.
-- The vote on whether the ccTLD Constituency's voting
   rights will be extended for 90 days 
   (cf. http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/council/Arc10/msg00301.html)
   could not be held due to a lack of quorum at the end 
   of the call.
