the .biz address provided is not seen in most of the alternative
namespace.  would love to read it but can't.

but with respect to something completely different - are you aware of the
court decisions regarding the ARNI .biz - and the fact those decision will
also apply to .biz customers possibly resulting in some of them loosing
their domain in future.  And have you provided your domain owners with
disclosure on this.
