The Advisory Group on ALAC, of which I am a member, has just released
its report. ICANN has received it only a few hours ago, so it will
take some time before it's officially published - anyway I have posted
it to the atlarge-discuss list. As it's not so small I won't post it
here in its entirety, but you can read it from the atlarge-discuss

We hope that there will be feedback and comments on this report - it
