Bret and all assembly members,

  As others here have noted, and more coming to the conclusion that
the "GNSO" as well as the ICANN Reform Effort is an abomination
and a ruse.

  The "GNSO" if to be successful must give a VOICE AND A VOTE
to any and all stakeholders/users.  It must provide representative
positions on the ICANN BOD, which is 51% of the BOD members.
Anything less as was clearly determined in the ALSC, will certainly
fail, and damage huge numbers of various levels of stakeholders,
this to include suppliers (Registries/Registrars and RIR's)...
