here.  >;)

  That said, yes indeed this unfortunate fellow is obviously attempting
to disrupt and cause trouble.  His emotive language on this forum
are testimony to that.  As to his sincerity I am not sure.  None the
less, the best way of handling this sort of thing is to do you preliminary
investigation on your own, than send that data along with this fellows
comments along to the proper authorities.  And to do this each and
every time you are impacted or concerned about it...
