[ga] The future of IDN in .ORG

On a German news site, it says, that a speakesperson from Afilias, called
Carle, stated that the future of multilingual domain names in .ORG was
uncertain after the take over. And, I now quote, "they aren't really used
now anyway". So, bye, bye?

Anyone seen any official news about this? Good rumours?
