Good point here Karl. However I would venture a guess that
the PIR will do whatever Afilias recommends. Somewhat like a
self perpetuating "duopoly" or vicious/misleading circle...
In any event, given Afilias's history thus far, I would not, and do
not yet, trust anything that Afilias does.
