Karl,

The ccTLDs meet over 3 days, 27 to 29, Sunday to Tuesday.

On Monday 28th in the morning we have zone files on the agenda.

On Tuesday 29th in the morning, the ccTLD will attend the DNSO GA,
the slot related to zone files, for public information.
Louis Touton, representing ICANN staff executing IANA function 
will be on the panel, as well as some persons from the SAC and RSSAC.

The ICANN Board members are welcome to join, I think
the ccTLD Secretariat posted invitation to the Board.
