Thomas and all assembly members,

  Typical!  Seems that every ICANN meeting this sort of outage
occurs.  Seem to me yet again that and organization such as ICANN
that is supposed to or claims to be the technical coordinator of the
central aspects of the Internet would be able to keep a simple
webcast up and running...  But alas, yet again this has proven
to be not so...
