Rick,

What is unreasonable is violating the bylaws with impunity.  What is 
unreasonable is a Council session that does not provide the public with an 
opportunity to participate in the discussion of issues relating to the gTLD 
namespace.  Even the ICANN Board allows for comments/queries from the public, 
the Council does not.  The public still has certain rights under the bylaws 
that should not be abridged by the actions of self-serving special interest 
groups.
