Srikanth and all former DNSO GA members,

  I must entirely agree with you here Srikanth.  There are no good or
really implamentable solutions that would not impede good works
practice or otherwise compromise a registrants safety and privacy.
However as you likely know, the IPC and BC of ICANN and
other intellectual property folks are not that concerned or interested
in personal safety of others or registrants privacy...  They strongly
believe that their collective rights or desires supersede those
of registrants, the general public, or any individual on the face of the
planet, pretty much...
